As everybody is aware, we have a fiscal cliff located in USA due in 6 weeks & a fair percen. of those who invest other peoples money ie pension funds, unit trusts etc will want to be cashed up for then - their jobs & reputation are at stake. They are a ultra cautious lot.
You cant dump everything but the bot is made for the job. And if as is likely, the problem is somehow fixed or " kicked down the road " you will see a rush to get back in the market.Well that is how I see it.
