Likely Developments The Company has successfully advanced multiple R&D projects the past year and will continue to do so, through internal capabilities and through strategic partnerships. With the transformation of the Company from an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) to a private label manufacturer (PLM), the Company will continue to develop and release its suite of devices, following the reveal of the Company’s next-generation InVue™ microscopic medical imaging device for precision surgery. Following the know-how agreement signed with Mayo Clinic, there will be increased collaboration to develop a surgical robot compatible endomicroscopic imaging system with an initial focus on robotic-assisted breast cancer surgery. Further clinical activities are likely to occur over the next year to advance the regulatory process. With the establishment of the US Regional Office in Rochester Minnesota and the hiring of three key staff in the US, we expect increased business activity around business development, and clinical and regulatory affairs that will lead
