good software for new traders

Hi

I saw a reference to AbleSys - AbleTrend 7.0 in another thread. According to the ablesys website, the software is a 100% mechanical trading system. Blue dots are Buy signals and red dots are Sell signals with sound alerts. Would someone be able to simply buy when this software says to buy, and sell when this software says to sell? Or is it more complicated than that?

Also, is there any other software out there, which simply tells you when to buy or sell, without the user having to do any analysis themselves?
