Speaking about the death of one of the Desert Rats, Tom Pritchard, his speech, obviously written for him, was a very worthy elegy.
Dutton's reply was brief and muted but also struck the right note.
It is right and proper that these acknowledgements are made in our Parliament because they reference a part of our history that is all too quickly forgotten.
