I believe EIR has entered into an agreement with the investment company behind NILNAV for a draw down facility which is in place now. AGM is being brought forward to ratify this. Top 2 shareholders in EIR are HartshilPty Ltd 48mshares and MTM Holdings 57m shares, both of which are associated with Nilnav, therefore very much have an interest in EIR remaining well funded.
