JM, There are far too many Solicitors, accountants and other boring people in this company.. It needs some entreprenurial flair and some broad based business skills.... None of which are apparent to me.
They will get there, its just such a painful process because of the lack of business talent rquired to drive the SP...
It gets very expensve to have a lazy SP.
As you say they should take a good look in the mirror...
