    Noticed in the latest Quarterly that Richmond had terminated all discussions with HIBIS, and expect to appoint an international bank or banks for debt financing in the coming Quarter.
    I suppose HIBIS could resume discussions at any time.

    Some positive news regarding finance would be good.
