I feel that they will survive, though the down shift in share price from what I thought was the bottom is a bit disconcerting.

Predicted total return for Centro is 333% according to the financial editor on arena at current P/E values, so there is a pretty good upside.

The downside, well I'm working on a net asset value of $1.04. How much of that you'd be likely to see if they go under I'm not sure.

Some good news about Goodman fund refinancing 1.6 billion today, so there is money out there to be financed.

Anyway, I'm ready for the flop...
