    Good point Maps

from my understanding it can still be appealed on a "point of law" the the highest court of the land.

And as a green lobby group intent on disrupting the process as much as possible so as to stop future projects of his kind, if not this one; from getting off the ground.... why wouldn't you

especially when you consider it is highly unlikely the green lobby will be made responsible for costs or damages.

Lets remember that when Bathurst tried to hold WCENT accountable for their costs in the original hearing it was thrown out.

We all know the law is a tool to be used by those with the biggest wallet, This is tempered by the courts ability to award costs and damages. But if that wallet is filled with gifted money from unaccountable donors, then a disparate group under a community banner has cloak of non-accountability gifted them by the legal system when they remove the threat of costs and damages.

In this context I cant think of a reason why the outcome will not be appealed.

Any with legal knowledge out there please comment as I am just ranting!

Don't get me wrong, I believe a win will almost guarantee we will mine the plateau, but this year?. I doubt it!

Happy: in fact gloriously happy, to be proved wrong
