Goods news about the nature of the debt to jinchuan is convertible which I mentioned.
Now how that works is the debt (20 million) can be converted into shares as a way of payment to the recipient (Jinchuan). If you look at the last Q on the last page it will have the details of the convertible notes (Shares) to Jinchuan.
In conclusion this is a much better way for a company to have as to say to a banking facility loan.
