    the resource is real / easy to dig up & thus cheap to mine / transportation infrastructure is realatively close which is a cost saving & logistical bonus / a good, solid & proven management team / positive writing is on the wall once all the approvals & compliances have been signed off / my prediction is $2.50 + in the next 6months & $3.50 in the next 18months / a very nice take over target / this has been a not so talked about stock which is awakening from its slumber.
