From my fly on the wall I know that no shareholders turned up to the meeting. Who is going to call management to account on the issue of 50m shares to some bloke in Dubai? Too late now. It all got passed at the meeting.

The geology and drilling in Peru sounds great but the issue of those options calls the cred of the directors into question in my mind. Would like to invest but not sure if I will.
