By definition, the opposite of "dilution" is "concentration".
They have "care-factor zero" for the retail shareholder's dilution of holdings ... All they are interested in doing is getting a larger % cncentration of CTS ... But on the very, very cheap!!!
And they are doing it via share placement's to the sophiticated investors (some 30m shares) as well as all these option placements.
They are not going to mine the bloody thing ... they would have absolutely no idea!!!
So, while the sp might be struggling atm, I believe that in the coming months, there will be favourable drill results ... after which they are going to gift-wrap CTS for any number of potential suitors ... Mega Uranium possibly the strongest candidate!
