As every day goes by we get closer and closer to being granted the approval by the CSMA. It is not a matter of IF but WHEN and that WHEN is nigh. The latest update from Trevor alongside the previous announcements by the company say to me that it is getting close. The reasons I believe this are:
1. We have a mining licence
2. We have an environmental licence
3. We have a binding offtake and many non-binding offtakes awaiting finance approval
4. We are in the right industry - graphite, EV, battery energy storage, building cladding and so on
5. We have resettlement approved
6. We have infrastructure and ports close by
7. We have huge resource upgrade potential
8. We have a Tanzanian President and Prime Minister who want this to happen as they need
a. employment for their people
b. investment for their country
c. show the world after the legislation debacle that Tanzania is open for business
9. We have US and Asian investors waiting to invest once Finance is raised
10. We have Directors who have personally put in their own hard earned with no security to pay the bills
11. We have the largest shareholder putting his shares as security over the $1.3m loan
Need I go on.... and to counter all this we have 1 head of CSMA who is blocking this...at some stage he will be given the order to approve
the Prospectus. It could be a day, it could be a week it could be a few weeks.

not trying to up ramp, these are facts already out there.
