I think buying now or later is down to risk v reward We know that the company has been given verbal approval but still require confirmation in writing. Then we know funding is well advanced but until the paperwork is done and 30 to 40 million in the bank there is still a risk. However each of these stages de risks the project so the share price will rise accordingly.
1.6 to 2.3 based on verbal approval 2.3 to 2.8 based on written confirmation 2.8 to 10 based on bond issue filled money into the bank 10 plus maybe 25 when stage 2 more binding off takes Remember this will put us at the top of of all graphite mines as nobody else have funding and govt approvals so IMO buying today there is more up side now than say 3 weeks ago it won’t need much to make this run and run quickly
