i called it a laughing stock because those who took up the offer are no better off today.also how long has it been since Trevor has been saying the same crap about funding.? the whole things a joke!! not saying it wont happen but just looks crazy right.no speeding fine for a drop to 1.2? the whole system stinks and favours the big vultures who scared out the mums and dads who try to make a few HONEST bucks!!!
