    The Strategy has not changed, the time line most certainly has which is very frustrating although I must admit I work with Government Organisations in Western Australia and can confirm their processes are painfully slow, I'm guessing the process is just as frustrating in Tanzania when dealing with Government.

    I do believe our patience will be rewarded.....
