    yeh you are correct. i might have rushed it. POG dropped a bit today. If the instos take a position that the licence will be renewed they may increase respective positions and it finds some support at round $3. I am aware there has been one large seller. Maybe soon see a 603. The co has been engaging with the insto SH.
