I would much rather miss the bottom...
than buy with this is set to burn.
I just look at DCN...It was hammered down to 37 cents
I sold out at a dollar and a bit of a loss
I didn't buy back in until 60 cents until things looked much better.
now over $1 againand I am nicely in profit.
If they get their 25 year licence then there will be plenty of money to be made.
They will start drilling and come up with expansion plans
that would have been put on hold.
With the Philippine operation continuing $10 long term looks certain.
