I reckon it is.
- I looked at the fall relative to ILU and it was larger from a starting better value.
- Realtive to historical price there si a bit of a base around that $2.50 mark.
- the share price has cycled up to $3.50 not so long ago.
- the mine and wet plant are 90% finished.
- WTR is not going to ge tup for the forseeable future.
- one point I hadn't made was htta though the gold pric eis weak MDL's investment, TGZ has made a very useful agreemnt with Oromin in an attempt to get costs down.

Given the above I bought a few more around thet $2.50 mark. Why do the insto's have to keep running the price up and down?
