The key to Wotif retaining its value is scale. I reckon WTF needs to develop some strategic relationships with other key players in the on-line travel industry, preferably big internationals. Its moving into flights, but Flight Centre and Webjet are moving into accomodation. Its a growing industry but competitors are now starting to compete for market share, hence some mergers, strategic alliances will help facilitate maintain growth and its market position....
