Their almost the opposite to each other.
PDN = good prospect, good management, good company.
RTM = bad prospect, bad mangement, bad company.
Anything that the Russian (Nikolaenko) was in is doomed. I think Synergy (another? Russian involved company) went into liquidation last week.
