Does look like a bargain and I'm looking to buy something tomorrow, baffled by today's drop while rest of market flew, anyway I remain confident the bottom is in, RSI indicating oversold, fair value around $4.70.
I see what you mean regarding name, maybe they couldn't retain westfield brand, then again average person probably doesn't link the Vicinity name with their 'V' logo used nationwide, or maybe I was slow to pick up on that till few months ago!
