yes im looking at vicinity group as well, I noticed they own some assets that GANDEL trust used to own, I guess they consolidated to form a new company, by the way, that vicinity centres group own some dogdy shopping centres, I live in QLD, and the grandplaza is in browns plains a very dogdy place, same as Taigum shopping centre, lots of low lifes in that neck of the woods, I like the westfield centres the best, I feel safe walking around them, the shops are most top class, and lots of pretty girls too.
SO I stick to SCG, plus as a cricket fan the ticker symbol is so easy to remember.
Remember yrs ago there was a big shopping centre company that went broke, forgot its name, went from $8 to 1c and went broke, that would never happen to SCG could it?
unless of course we get a major global depression right?
