haha yes Westfield does own a significant place in the high-end shopping mall space, agree with vicinity in that some of their WA assets are also not particularly crash hot, I mean they have lots of reliable long term tenants but security needs to be increased to improve customer perceptions of safety and ultimately improve foot traffic. SCG looks like a good choice imo
