Correction it appears this was BP analayst Jonahan Snape was making this comment about the potential of a2m making a bid for SM1 .
JS seems to have a chequered past in understanding the a2m business model when looking at his Rec/TP calls in the past compared to Coppo who is not afraid to make the big calls and seems to have a better understanding about a2m.
So I will withdraw this question and ignore this BP JS analyst view.
