This some one is probabbly an analyst from Craigs Investment Partners who was quoted in an artcle (link below) saying 5% growth to 43M is expected by studying port data showing 16% increase in infant formula production to 19,500 metric tonnes. Soon after this artcle was published, apparently some small retailers started selling.
