I am holding 500k shares have averaged down to a 0.065 average, so I am biased in thinking yes they are a good buy at these levels. If you believe this company has a solid growth outlook (see latest quarterly and where the charts are pointing) then with a market cap of sub $10M I think most people would agree it is great value at these prices. Sadly we currently have a relentless seller willing to sell into any bid around 6c, which does present a good opportunity for someone looking to enter, IMO.
