    is it a good time to buy? when will it be if not already?

    its at a 33% discount from the monday 32c high, but I suppose all the people down so much since then have been driving it down further...

    cant catch the falling knife yet, but in a sense, someone will...

    WMT usually does well when market doesnt, right?
