Actually a rejection would see a test of the lows in the early $5's where it was languishing before the merger proposal. When the merger was priced in it pushed above $9, I'd say we have already seen pretty much what will happen with either outcome looking at those past moves in price, I would expect any move will overshoot the old top or bottom by 10%. Personally I just want to see the damn merger get approved and get a dirty big special dividend
