The price is due to a number of factors:
1) Most current holders bought at higher levels, and are not able/willing to buy more.
2) the IT factor so lots are waiting and seeing.
3) Most funds are probably waiting for gas to flow before buying, if they are looking at this at all. I'm willing to bet that 1 or 2 might be. Some may rush in after the Crux farmout and ES farmout news.
4) The overhang of the recent cash raising. We'll see what happens when the shares trade on Thursday. Some may sell, I myself will keep. An 18+ cent profit is profit, however, I would like a 100+ cent profit.
