Great find!

So Australian formula (BAL, A2M, BKL) will get a bit more expensive for Chinese consumers (paying 11.9% sale tax versus a 10% import duty previously), and cosmetics (BWX) will get massively cheaper (ie. paying 11.9% sales tax versus a 50% import duty previously).

It may not have a huge effect on the formula companies if demand is still strong, but could have a much more profound affect on cosmetics companies like BWX.
