Yep, always worth looking into but I think the resignations in this case are ok given the now very strong focus on the US with the support of the major shareholder (who has a rep on the board). 

Also - we never heard much from the coy-sec any way. 

But between us all on HC we have a lot of stock so we should always keep our coy and its directors on their toes and not be afraid to ask questions and demand answers in the appropriate circumstances.

For disclosure, I am approaching a top 20 holder with own hard-earned and have no concerns with the quality of the director/management.
