Could be a decision you regret also. SP action is not moving due to traders and uncertainty on what will entail with the finance. I say that as a one percent move from Delphi would require a change in substantial holding notice therefore it does not appear they are the ones selling. BLK just need to get this funding announcement out in the open so market can move on. My feeling is that someone does not want the price to move until funding is finalised. We will wait and see!!
