This weeks announcement will be the calayst for this stock to move higher. While the news was not good it was historical.
The underlying good news was that problems have been identified and they will get fixed over time.
The stock action here reminds me of another goldie in RED. A few weeks ago it also came out with a report with bad news in the past with indications they may be finally getting on top of their problems.
Just like PGI the initial reponse was selling by a few disgruntled shareholders. RED then found support from those who were looking forward and not backwards and the stock has been rising slowly ever since from $1.15 to todays price of $1.37 as I write.
