Well, Raven2014, thanks for your warning regarding a possible share consolidation.
but so what and who cares?
ii'm far more interested in the market capitilization of the company than the number of shares on issue.
the market cap of course being the measure of how much the market values the company.
assuming i don't sell any shares, i will retain ownership of the same proportion of the company no matter how many shares i have.
so what is the risk for me?
i would say a real risk is that AKK isn't developed enough to warrant a lender throwing US$40m into the kitty. We await this possible development with keen interest.
if it were to happen, field development would surely and the SP would receive a real shot in the arm, the sort of whack to light eyes of long suffering AKK shareholders.
