I think he either is:
a). quite simple
b). very smart. He has invented something called anti-down-ramping. Its down-ramping that is so ineffective and unconvincing that it has the exact opposite effect. People who are on the sidelines think "gee, this guy really hates this stock but still can't come about with any intelligent reasons to sell the stock". This leads people to give more credence to the views of the more positive posters who are obviously more informed, making them more likely to buy.
