Pleased that you're back Beatle...trust the fossicking went well! Not trying to be a wet blanket as RED still has a significant weighting in my portfolio, however, there has been little or no discussion on this forum of the massacre of those 52 odd unfortunates in the south of Mindanao Island a few weeks ago. I fully appreciate that this atrocity took place 800km or so south of RED's operations, and I understand that it was a local issue, rather than religious tensions relating to Muslim/Christian relationships.....however, it does highlight that it's not a bed of roses when operating in the Phillipines.
Having said all that, we know that the area in which RED operates is 80% Christian and that the local communities are 100% behind RED's efforts...I do think however that one's enthusiasm for RED's potential MUST be tempered by the knowledge that it remains a volatile country in which to operate. I'm still a buyer at 15.5c by the way!!
