I reckon they are (but seek your own advice). Sol and the instos do not want the sp to be going up just yet. Sol needs to have his performance contract and options sorted out, and the instos want to get their allocation for T3 first and thus deliver good returns to their clients. Watch the sp go up after this has been sorted out. Anyway, further downward risk is small, and at the current yield, can't go wrong. Just remember to hold for 45 days if you buy them now with the divi so you take full advantage of the imputation credit!
