I emailed the Company secretary to find out why no announcement had been made yet. The acquisition is apparently being finalised right now and then the deal is good to go. Uncertainty and sparse reporting have pushed this stock down way below asset backing. This one should fly once the announcement is out and the company cements its position as a growth stock in its infancy. Might be $1+ in a few years if they keep securing good investments over there. I'm in and waiting to see what happens.
