flatchat: Whilst I fully agree with your overall assessment (i.e. ULEY being the one to watch), I still feel that EBR/SER's oil assets do REPRESENT VALUE as well.
To me (and everyone must have a kind of different "importance ranking" in their mind, the following is it:
1) ULEY (company maker)
2) CULTANA (great asset because right location, but perhaps difficult to get into the process - time will tell)
3) OIL assets (much further down the road and only once the strong money-flow from ULEY has well and truly started.
