something i can say is "we have HC members and those who don't use hotcopper , both waiting for expected announcement, u may say we already know this! but here is the thing, SP has been holding strong between 0.012-0.013 , did not go under 1cent, we have seen many stocks when people expected to SP to jump upon Good news, they didn't jump,but stayed still or even went down, example FAR.
because SP holiding tight, i have no doubt that this baby will be over 3 cents upon expected news, it neither stay here, nor go down, only way up. The chances are getting deal down is more on positive side, indians would have a estimate idea already before they signed TPA, so this is just detailed study, if TEF matches their first estimation view, we sure get deal, and we know briefly that TEF came good so just ignore downrampers, ESI difinately the best bet in penny stocks.
