I contacted the company and they indicated they have been aware of it for some time. They indicated that it shouldn?t have an adverse impact on the business, provided they stay up to date with changes proposed and act accordingly. There is some suggestion it might actually be beneficial for them, if a national set of rules is developed rather than different sets of state-based rules.
