    I think this is a major positive, but well overdue. As I have said many times before I think a much higher proportion of their entitlements should be in stock anyway.

    Not sure why people would take up 0.0033 when there is still 16M sitting on market at less. Anyway here's hoping that it really is for working capital not just cash burn.
