    I think that they have the good fortune (from a Sovereign risk perspective) to be in the South of the country away from the tribal troubles near the Rwandan/Ugandan/Burundi borders, and away from the chaos that is Kinshasa.

    I guess there is always the chance that the Government could chose to evict foreign operators but on average they would have a much lower risk profile oeprating where they are than many other areas of the DRC.
