take this as opinion only but by getting into rrs sounds like you've jumped from the frying pan into the fire.
Under 1 million cash, a uranium resource that is WAY too small to develop (at that grade), 212,000 sq kilometres in somalis but not a dime to explore it (assumign they use their 868G cash on their 'uranium resource').
They say 3rd party farm ins and jvs for somalia...good luck getting those in that place.
