I'm with Shelley/Gotch and Andrew. If there's no t/o would long-term shareholders have been better off taking the cash or staying with AGM in 2 to 3 years time? I think the economics show that ZFX might get back some of its lost capex but nowhere near what AGM is likely to do - and of course as you suggest there is risk ... but er, that is the name of the game, isn't it.
BTW I'm also an admirer of ZFX but like to see it at a distance, not in my bed.
