I have to agree with you that ZFX is well cashed up. Matter of fact I was looking forward for some of that cash to be returned to shareholders by way of a very fat special dividend but, it looks like it will not happen and we will miss out.
Taking that into consideration, yes ZFX has the cash to pay off all the debts and ramp up the province to bigger and faster production but, at the same time, you have to consider that, while a lot of the shareholders here will be prepared to sell their shares to ZFX, they will sell them if proper valuation potential has been considered, before making a decision on what is considered to be an opportunistic and ridicolous offer.
I am a long term holders and, even when the shares reached more than what they are currently selling at now, I did not sell because I had, and still have, faith in the future of AGM.
Lets talk business then, and you will find that the shareholders will listen!!
