It would appear that there are plenty of opportunities out there.

By the way, did anyone see the article in the Fin Review on Mon, p 53 that talked of the next wave of US house loans that mature and then have an an uptick in interest rate. 2011 could be a horror year. The article was titled "Reality check for US optimists".
