Prn is a great biz just with a lot of debt. DDH1 was a profitable biz with good dividends.
Now they merged and the SP is below 80c. Could be sold down for a TO, buyer is basically getting DDH1 for free. A value stock with extra value now.
Especially if the buyer is cashed up and can take on that debt which prn carry.
